Successfully assisted clients in obtaining funding from COVID response, including inserting provisions in the CARES Act; obtaining funding from the Paycheck Protection Prgram, and working with lenders to meet program goals and provide assistance to borrowers.

Assisted numerous clients in responding to federal and state investigations, including data breaches, mergers and alleged impropriety. This ranged from bet-the-company issues to senior executive misconduct. Successfully engaged with investigators at all levels of government.
